Wer hat Lust, den Kopf in das INNERE einer dreieckigen Skulptur zu stecken und sich für 12 Minuten den Bildern, Klängen und Atmosphären der niederländischen Künstlerin Celine Daemen auszusetzen? Die an der Theaterakademie in Maastricht ausgebildete Regisseurin experimentiert gern mit digitaler Technik und immersiven Installationen. INSIDE gehörte 2018 zu ihrem Studienabschluss, heißt im Untertitel „ein Panorama der Angst“ und ist genau für eine*n Besucher*in zur gleichen Zeit. Deutungsoffen und assoziativ konfrontiert INSIDE den*die Besucher*in mit dem eigenen Erfahrungshintergrund. Der Lockdown im letzten Herbst verhinderte, dass Daemens Installation, die extra für das europäische Festival für junge Regie Fast Forward rekonstruiert worden war, gezeigt werden konnte. Nun präsentiert das Staatsschauspiel Dresden Daemens INSIDE exklusiv und für alle, die sich trauen: im Foyer vom Kleinen Haus, immer eine Stunde vor Vorstellungsbeginn. Für das Erlebnis von INSIDE muss keine Karte für die nachfolgende Vorstellung vorhanden sein – alle sind herzlich eingeladen!

Do you dare to stick your head INSIDE of a triangular sculpture and expose yourself to the images, sounds and atmospheres of the Dutch artist Celine Daemen for 12 minutes? The director, who trained at the Theatre Academy in Maastricht, likes to experiment with digital technology and immersive installations. INSIDE, which was part of her graduation project in 2018, is subtitled "a panorama of anxiety" and is an experience for one visitor at a time. With it’s openness to interpretation and associativeness INSIDE confronts the visitor with his or her own background experiences. Last autumn's lockdown prevented the showing of Daemen's installation, which had been reconstructed especially for Fast Forward - European festival for young stage directors. Now Staatsschauspiel Dresden presents Daemen's INSIDE exclusively and for all who dare: in the foyer of the Kleines Haus, always one hour before the performance begins. You don't have to have a ticket for the following performance to experience INSIDE - everyone is welcome!
